Ngeringa Vineyards is a certified biodynamic boutique winery in the Adelaide Hills. Our aim is to grow and hand make wines of vitality and individuality that speak clearly of their place of origin. We achieve this through traditional winemaking, biodynamic viticulture and closed farming practices and are widely known for our philosophy of sustainability and biodynamic winegrowing. All of the ingredients used in the creation of the Paddock Plate are estate-grown or local, biodynamic and/or organic.
