This is an opportunity to learn from television host, chef and cookbook author Paul West, or one of their specialised teachers. Classes are hands on, and involve cooking everything from scratch, focusing on seasonality and sustainability. Featuring baking, pastries, cheese making and butchery, there is something for everyone at the cooking school.
Classes take place on location at the River Cottage Australia farm, which is situated in heritage listed town Central Tilba on the far south coast, surrounded by the beautiful Gulaga mountain range.
Paul and their specialised teachers will share their thoughts and experiences about growing and raising produce from scratch - it's a true farm to fork experience.
