The Myilly Point Heritage Precinct comprises four houses constructed between 1936 and 1939 to provide accommodation for senior public servants. Audit House (Type B Amended) on Lot 1098 was designed by the Commonwealth Government (probably Wilfred Haslam) and the other three houses were designed by BCG Burnett. Burnett House (Type K) on Lot 1099 is the only two-storey house on the precinct. The house on Lot 1100 was destroyed in Cyclone Tracy in 1974 and the site remains undeveloped.
