  The planning and execution by the team at Lady Musgrave Experience was phenomenal. From the receptionist and office staff to all the personnel onboard, they truly made the day a great experience. We had a wonderful time at the reef and saw plenty of fish, turtles and even a ray when snorkeling. The 2 hr boat ride from Bundaberg to the reef can get a little rough, and there were more than a few people using the little bags provided. That said it's typically avoidable if people are aware that they need to seek open air as soon as a they start to feel queasy. There is plenty of space on the top deck, or at the bow and stern. The day is broke into three portions; a 45 minute island tour (on foot) that is an easy walk along flat ground. A 45 minute glass bottom boat tour around the reef where you learn about the different species of fish and coral, as well as the good spots to snorkel for turtles. Then to finish off you get about 2 1/2 hrs to snorkel around the Reef. There are also scuba lessons available during the afternoon at an additional cost.
